Are the FCA investigating Quindell?

I asked myself the following question.

If Quindell is a fraud, why would the perpetrators of the fraud be using their own resources to buy shares in the fraudulent company?

Financial Conduct Authority Investigation

Quindell investors have been having face to face meetings with Members of Parliament and corresponding with 50+ MPs, Committees, Regulating Authorities etc, etc to encourage them  to lobby the FCA.

The sole purpose of this effort is to get the FCA to carry out an investigation into manipulation of the Quindell share price.

Whilst the FCA will not state publicly they are investigating, it is inconceivable, with all the lobbying and evidence provided they are not investigating Quindell.

This is not a concern for investors. If an investigation is happening it is what investors want.

Conclusion

If Quindell is a fraud, why would the perpetrators of the fraud be using their own resources to buy shares in the fraudulent company?
