NAB Apologise to Quindell
The following is the retraction posted on the 08/12/2014. An honest mistake, rectified by a professional journalist in the appropriate manner.
“On 3 December 2014, we published a Press Release entitled “NAB Warns Against Claims Management Company Debts” in which we made reference to the Transcript of a Judgment by Vice Chancellor Hon. J. Travis Laster in proceedings pending in Delaware and to which Quindell PLC is a party.
We referred in particular to the Judge’s reference to Quindell PLC. We are now informed that the Judge made a reference to Quindell in error and the Judge has acknowledged his error to the official Court Reporter. The intended reference was to another Company namely NavSeeker Inc.
We acknowledge that the financial strength of Quindell PLC has at no stage been called into question in the proceedings, as the Judge has confirmed and we apologise to the Company for our earlier Press Release.”

Sheriff of Aim*
Title that means nothing. Much like Idi Amin who, despite being unable to swim, used to proudly wear a swimming proficiency badge on his army uniform. He would proudly stick his chest out and parade in public, not realising everybody was laughing at him.
