Bulletin boards are full of talk about a class action against Quindell and some directors.
In my view the class action is a very clever ploy to smear Quindell and will fail for the following reasons.
1. If Quindell is a fraud it will be pointless as they will have no way of paying any award.
2. If any action taken against Rob Terry succeeds and Rob Terry turns out to be a master criminal he will have made sure his assets are untouchable.
3. I as a private investor, like many, will only suffer a loss when shares are sold. Being a longterm investor I haven’t sustained any loss.
The Sheriff of Aim has made it clear he detests Quindell share holders. Why would he therefore support and publicise a scheme that supports shareholders? The answer is it does nothing of the sort.
Class action is in my opinion a complete waste of time and a distraction that will only benefit the lawyers and detractors of Quindell.
