The Chairman of Metal Tiger exercised options at a 33% premium to the closing share price (see here).
This for me as a private investor is a clear indication the share price is undervalued. If the Chairman believes the share price has to rise by 33% before he breaks even, what does that say about the potential he beleives the share price has?
This RNS followed the RNS’s earlier in the week announcing Paul Johnson (CEO) and his wife had also purchaed shares in the company.
If the BOD of a company are investing in the business it is always a good sign.
